SPECIAL EVENTS: Plantation Hall is a 7,000 square foot multi-purpose facility. It is available to rent for weddings, receptions, and other special events.

Each area of the building has been constructed and decorated with rustic elegance and charm. The center banquet hall can easily seat 150-200 guests. Coupled with an adjacent courtyard and deck area (deck not yet constructed), the entire complex will be able to accomodate extremely large groups. Rental rates:
Parties and receptions - $100 per hour with a 3 hour minimum. Includes indoor facility only.

Weddings: $825 Includes use of banquet hall, tables, sound system, and adjacent pavilion for one day. Also includes use of farm picture sites for photography.

Reunions/Company Picnics: $750 for 6 hours. Includes use of banquet hall, pavilion, animal park and playground. Use of giant jumping pillow with attendant add $125.00

The dimensions are approximately 72' x 56'.Adjacent to Plantation Hall is our Pavilion. It is available for weddings and special events also.Lazy Acres is a great place to host your class reunion!
